We are so excited you that have chosen to take an active role on your healing journey.  We are confident that the support you will receive from both Survivors To Alivers staff and other survivors will have a positive impact in your life.  Below is our application for FREE membership.  It will only take you a few minutes to complete.  Please note that we realize that you may want to participate in a way that allows you to remain anonymous and we have made it possible for you to do so.  Though are you required to provide certain identifying information such as your name and trauma area(s) when completing your application, upon membership approval, you will be able to adjust your profile settings as you choose and determine how much or how little of your personal information is available for others to see. We require this information on the application so that we are aware of who you are and what areas of need you have in order to best serve you.  Confidentially is our policy and you can rest assured that your information will not be shared without your permission. 

***  Please note, the purpose of the application process is not to "qualify" you as a trauma survivor.  We are not here to judge you or your past.
